While exact pathophysiology unclear, subset patients’ positive family history suggests strong genetic factor, sometimes compatible autosomal dominant inheritance. Patients showed lower health states (EQ VAS Score: m 51, sd 24, range 0–90) than norm population (m 77). Around two thirds (68%) reported relevant benefits therapy (liposuction/lipectomy). In our about one third MSL-like features. Additionally, at least some patients, inheritance, seems possible major driver development.
